Seems like the wax museums just can’t get it right.

While fans were condemning The Grévin Museum’s much too lightskin wax figure of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, another superstar disapproved his statue.

Lil Wayne said that his recently viral wax figure at the Hollywood Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, looks nothing like him.

“Sorry wax museum but dat s*** ain’t me!” Weezy wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Although not fond of the replica, which many compared to the look of rapper Toosi, Wayne gave props to the museum for attempting to recreate his iconic look: “You tried tho and I appreciate the effort,” he said.

While it’s reported Wayne’s figure has been on display since sometime in 2022, recently shared footage and photos of the statue have circulated with fans wondering why it’s so off and requesting a remake.

“Melt that wax back down and start over,” one user quipped on Instagram.

Another chimed in saying, “Whoever been making the wax figures lately needs to be fired!”

Some fans also called for the firing of the wax figure employees who created The Rock’s figure in Paris.

The TV star chimed in with his thoughts on the statue, writing that he’ll connect with the museum “to work at ‘updating’ my wax figure here with some important details and improvements- starting with my skin color.”
