This week’s K104 BEAST OF THE WEEK game balls go to the Duncanville Pantherettes and Frisco Liberty Redhawks!
Duncanville Pantherettes – The Pantherettes earned their 11th state championship after defeating Houston Cypress Creek, 63-47 in the 6A division. Deja Kelly was named Most Valuable Player finishing with 23 points and five rebounds. Zaria Rufus and Tristen Taylor were named to the All-Tournament Team.

Frisco Liberty Redhawks – The Redbirds became the first team in Frisco ISD history to win a state championship sealing the deal in 5A. Jazzy Owens-Barnett was named MVP posting 14 points and four rebounds and Maya Jain and Lily Ziemkiewicz earned All-Tournament Team honors.
