Atlantic Records/Warwick SaintAfter appearing in Marvel Studios’ newest super hero film, Ant-Man, T.I. already has his next acting gig lined up. While promoting the flick, the rapper tells ABC Radio about his upcoming role with Jamie Foxx, in a film based on the 2011 French film Nuit Blanche [pr: nwee blahnsh].
“Begin filming a flick with Jamie Foxx in Atlanta called Sleepless Nights, extremely excited about that. Looking forward to really just working alongside Jamie and trying to learn as much as possible,” he says of the film, which also stars Gabrielle Union.
Tip also hints that he has another film project overseas, although he remained mum on the details. “Something that’s not fully executed yet but about 95 percent — [I’m] about to shoot a film in Europe, can’t say which one just yet but its going to be a big one, a big look for me and I appreciate the opportunity and look forward to that as well. So I’m trying to spend more time in film and television,” Tip adds.
Aside from his acting projects, fans can expect the rapper to release another album, The Dime Trap, later this year.
