Police in Miami Beach are responding to reports of a shooting at a South Florida mansion reportedly belonging to Lil Wayne.
Miami Beach police said an unnamed individual called them, claiming that he had shot four people inside the home, according to WPLG-TV. Police have set up a perimeter around the residence and are investigating, although police have not confirmed that the house in question is the rapper’s or that any shots have actually been fired.
Young Money Entertainment tweeted, “Wayne is okay. Wasn’t home during alleged events.”
According to TMZ, police also had been called to the home 11 days ago to check on reports of a suspicious person lurking outside, although no one was detained in that incident.
