The music video for the posthumous Michael Jackson single “A Place With No Name” premiered Wednesday night on the singer’s Twitter account.
The clip incorporates behind-the-scenes footage MJ shot for his “In the Closet” short film, which had been kept in the vault since 1992. We also see scenes of a man and a woman acting flirtatious in the desert and in the water.
The official Michael Jackson website states that the song focuses on a “man enticed into a magical ‘place’ by a mysterious woman.”
At the time of its Twitter premiere, the video was projected on the Sony screen in New York City’s Times Square.
“A Place with No Name” is the latest single off the posthumous album, XSCAPE.
It’s time! The first ever premiere of "A Place With No Name" right now on Twitter #MJXSCAPE
