Credit: Prince Williams/WireImageDon’t expect a Cash Money reunion anytime soon, as it appears that Lil Wayne and Birdman are no longer in talks to resolve their financial dispute.
According to TMZ, Lil Wayne’s outburst at a rally in Denver last weekend was the result of the breakdowns in the talks over Wayne’s $51 million lawsuit against Birdman’s Cash Money Records.
The “A Milli” rapper was expecting his long-delayed Tha Carter V album to finally hit stores, but apparently Birdman decided otherwise, refusing to release the project, even after Wayne sued Cash Money over it after he’d turned in the project.
Now the New Orleans native has officially ended the negotiation and potential settlement and is demanding compensation for the album’s advance money, as well as unpaid revenues from his previous projects.
