Kid Ink to Land Atop Billboard’s Rap Albums Chart

Image Courtesy RCA RecordsKid Ink‘s sophomore album, Full Speed, apparently is set to debut atop Billboard‘s Rap Albums and R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts.

The rapper’s label, RCA, congratulated the rapper for the feat, revealing the news on Twitter Wednesday afternoon in advance of Billboard‘s official public announcement. Full Speed also opened at #10 on the Official Charts Company‘s Albums charts in the U.K. 

The 12-track standard edition of the album boasts contributions from Chris Brown, R. Kelly, Trey Songz, Young Thug, DeJ Loaf and Migos, as well as Kid Ink’s latest single, “Body Language,” featuring Usher and Tinashe. The deluxe set features three bonus tracks, including the “Show Must Go On” featuring MGK.

In related news, the rapper revealed that he’s changed up his tour plans. “Update: I will not be apart of the Scream Tour anymore… New #FullSpeed Tour Announcement next week!” he tweeted.
