Amber Rose is a self-identified “motivational speaker.” In a new interview with GQ magazine, the ex-girlfriend of Kanye West and the estranged wife of Wiz Khalifa, said she found her voice after being “slut shamed by both of my exes.”

And now the model has written down all of her advice in her self-help book, titled How to Be a Bad B****, hitting bookshelves October 27.

Rose knows many wouldn’t want to take advice from her.

“It’s a fair point. I get it. But now that you’re here, we’re gonna really talk about slut shaming. I really want you guys to sit down and think about the act that your mother had to do with your father in order to have you. Really, fully understand that your mother is a sexual being. Is she a ho?” she asked rhetorically. “As a woman, it’s like…f***! You have to act like a nun for a guy to respect you. And even if you do wait to have sex and you’re very comfortable and you do exactly what you want to do in that moment, you have to be very careful because you don’t want to be looked at as a ho.”

“How do you win? You do exactly what you want to do,” she concluded. “And if it doesn’t work out, then he’s just not meant for you.”

One man that wasn’t mean for her was Mr. West. The former couple’s split has played out in the press with Rose breaking down into tears talking about the Chicago rapper and West reportedly saying he needed to take several showers after his relationship with Rose before beginning one with his now wife, Kim Kardashian.

Still, Rose believes her and Kardashian have much in common — besides the fact that the two share the same birthday.

In talking about her former life as a stripper, Rose said she had no regrets. The model said Kardashian probably doesn’t regret her infamous sex tape with Ray J, which made her a household name, either.

“She probably had a f****** blast. And guess what? At the time she was in love with that guy,” Rose said. “So don’t think you’re better than me, because we’ve all had trials and tribulations.”

As for West, she’s moved past him too. She’ll even listen to his music if he comes on in a club. “I don’t give a s***,” she said, dismissing the potential drama. “I was a fan. He’s…a good artist.”

Still, there’s one body of work that she’ll “never, ever, ever” listen to — the album reportedly inspired by her, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, recorded after the two split.

“It’s just not for me,” she admitted. “Don’t get me wrong, I’ll hear songs and I’m like, ‘Oh, he said that about me.’ No one knows what he’s talking about but me and him. People can’t decipher. They’ll be like, ‘That’s a cool song,’ and I’m like, ‘That happened to us when we were together.’ Obviously, I know he’s talking to me through music.”

But Rose has moved on. She’s trying to date, having recently been linked to rapper Machine Gun Kelly. The two reportedly split earlier this summer.

“I have my own house. I have a Ferrari. I have a Jeep. I have an Escalade. I have two Can-Ams. I have a beautiful son, two assistants, lawyers, business managers, management and access to pretty much whatever I want,” she detailed. “It does become intimidating for a man. I do feel more comfortable with someone who’s living up to par with me.”
