“I know Drake’s dropping a mixtape that I’ve already heard a lot of and it’s crazy,” Drake’s friend and fellow Canadian rapper P. Reign tells Karen Civil.
He adds that Drake fans will be pleasantly surprised by the untitled project. “I think it’s some of the best I’ve heard from him in my life and I already know [that] off Drake’s mixtape the world is going to shake,” Reign says.
The mixtape would help tide fans over until Drake completes his highly anticipated next album Views from the 6, which is expected to arrive before he headlines two huge festivals — Coachella and Governors Ball — later this year.
