Following her performance during the Grammy Awards, Beyonce‘s show-opening song has enjoyed a sales surge.
“Drunk in Love” featuring Beyonce’s husband, Jay Z, has seen its best week yet over on Billboard‘s Digital Songs chart, soaring from #18 to #7 with 151,000 downloads.
In addition, Beyonce’s self-titled album has remained in the top ten since its surprise release in December. The project has slipped one position to the #5 spot, with 48,000 additional copies sold.
In other news, Beyonce is scheduled to kick off the European leg of her Mrs. Carter World Tour beginning Feburary 20 at Glasgow, Scotland’s SSE Hydro Arena.
