Rich Homie Quan turns himself in to police

TMZ is reporting that Rich Homie Quan has turned himself in to the police after being accused of attacking a bouncer in Florida. Rumors surfaced that after allegedly assaulting the club bouncer RHQ escaped on a speed boat but that was later confirmed not true.
