Well that is Drake giving his shout out to Mo-G, a Toronto rapper that is mad he is still in the hood and hasn’t received a dime for co-writing some OVO hits. He doesn’t make it clear what songs he’s helped with but maybe he’s in the album credits somewhere. He’s really not mad at Drake tho, he’s going at Oliver, Drakes manager.
