Trayvon Martin Trial’s Star Witness Rachel Jeantel Lied In Court

Witness Rachel Jeantel continues her second day testimony in George Zimmerman's murder trial for 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin in Seminole circuit court in Sanford

Rachel Jeantel is a star witness in the George  Zimmerman’s murder trial and she left out in earlier interviews several things Trayvon Martin told her over the phone minutes before he was killed. Jeantel has revealed inconsistencies in her story she told Martin’s parents, their lawyer Benjamin Crump, and to prosecutors in the aftermath. “You didn’t tell Ms. Fulton [Trayvon Martin's mom] that the man that was following him was a creepy a– cracker did you?” defense attorney Don West asked. Jeantel replied, “No.” “You didn’t tell Mr. Crump in the recorded interview that Trayvon Martin described George Zimmerman as a creepy a– cracker?” West asked. The 19-year-old Jeantel again replied, “No.” She also was  forced to admit in court today that she could not read a letter she allegedly wrote last year about the teen’s shooting, saying, ‘I don’t read  cursive.’ To read more click on this link.
