How many times did they order the teenage white boy to sit down or stop recording, there was not one word said to him…

Him recording is not against the law…. He wasn’t doing anything wrong…. The cop ordered the kids to leave several times and they didn’t. Then the one girl began back talking the police and he asked her to get on the ground which she refused… So my opinion is, if she choses to misbehave, fail to obey an officers orders, and trespass on property she wasn’t suppose to be on, then she should be prepared for the consequences. Although I don’t agree that his were appropriate either. There should be punishment for both parties…

Freedom of speech if two white women can initiate a fight against a minor why can’t she have freedom of speech, I’ve had words with many law enforcement officials and have never once been handled in this way, there is no justification in that officers action and pulling her hair get real..he should be fired not suspended

He should be fired your right he over reacted then again teenagers are just as dangerous these days you dont know what they are capable of.The boy recording wasnt in his face yelling an stayed a distance both partys need to be disaplined. That girl clearly acted out of character i dont care the race at all when told leave or sit you do it.Also we cant compare what the two white weman did ofcourse they were wrong but the police were not there yet

I honestly don’t see anything that would cause that officer to handle her in that matter, that’s a 14 year old girl. If that was my daughter I would be owning his ass I’m sorry there is no justification in his actions I’ve seen murderes treating way better

Its just sad how it becomes a racial issue right away an of history none of us were part of history times have changed a great deal for the better.ofcourse he wasnt grabbing the white kids they obeyed an left an the one video taping wasnt in the way..im not surprised the way this becomes racial im just surprised it keeps getting excused for the teenagers actions..an k104 need to let things move on with such negative stuff..lets come together as one

And also from what I have been reading on no one is suppose to be recording officials in action, I will go reread on that some more I could be wrong but pretty positive that were not suppose to be recording them in action….

Carolyn Walker thank you for that information, I never even knew that…

She was not the one having the party. The girl that was having the party was 19(she was the one that was attacked by the two white women). The girl that was getting man handled by the police was 15. She was told to leave and when she turned away she started cursing and that is when the police grabbed her by her arm. I’m sorry but we can say what we want when we want. If the kids are running round saying fuck the police fine but does not give the “police” the right to grab a child like that. Now as for the white women attacking the black girl. The girl should press charges against the women because they had no right to put their hands on her.

Man if they were my kids I would have put that belt on them once we got home.. It’s not ok to be where you are not supposed to be, it is not ok to talk back to a police officer, it is not ok to interfere when a cop is making an arrest and to me it really is that simple. I was a kid once so I know the dumb shit kids do. It doesn’t make it ok…….
