Quick question! When you are on house arrest, should you be doing drugs? Nah, we didn’t think so! Someone may needs to tell “the boss” Rick Ross he could be getting himself into a lot of trouble. During his 4th of July weekend Ross was turning up with what appears to be a blunt.
