Chris Brown was spotted at the State Fair of Texas on Monday with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran. According to Fox 4 news Chris had an entourage that included several police officers. He reportedly stopped to talk and shake hands with some kids. One of them tried to get on the roller coaster with Brown, but it didn’t work out. “I was about to get on with him but then the security guards made me get off because there were like so many people there that I had to give him my seat room,” said Drew Smith, a fan.
