Wiz Khalifa is kicking off 2016 with turntables instead of a microphone.
According to the Las Vegas Sun, the rapper has signed on for an exclusive, mini-residency with Tao Group venues in Las Vegas, where concert-goers will see Wiz take stage as his DJ alter-ego, DJ Daddy Kat.
Wiz is scheduled to begin his eight-date engagement at Tao this Friday, January 1, just a day after Snoop Dogg celebrates New Year’s Eve at the famed venue. Wiz will return Friday, January 8; Saturday, February 6; and Friday, March 18. Additional dates will be announced later.
