Although he didn’t win Best Original Song at the 73rd annual Golden Globes on Sunday, Wiz Khalifa made a big announcement on the red carpet: he’s picked a release date for his next album, Khalifa.

“I got a new album on the way. It’s coming out January 22,” he told E! News. “I came off of two really successful tours this year, so we’re gearing up for some more tours now.”

Wiz, who was named Vogue‘s Best Dressed man at the ceremony, adds that he was proud so many people enjoyed his nominated single, “See You Again” featuring Charlie Puth.

“It’s a great song for people who are going through something and need a little bit of motivation and need to know that everything will be alright,” explained Wiz, who lost to Sam Smith‘s “Writing’s on the Wall.”

Khalifa is just one of two albums arriving from the rapper this year — Wiz previously revealed that his sixth studio album, Rolling Papers 2, will drop later in 2016.
