Johnny Nunez/Getty ImagesRapper Troy Ave will not be charged for murder in the T.I. concert shooting that left Troy’s bodyguard,Ronald McPhatter, dead this May.
The casualty happened at the Irving Plaza music venue in New York City.
However, TMZ reports that he has been indicted on one count of attempted second degree murder and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
Troy Ave released a mixtape album in June, called Free Troy Ave.
