PR Newswire Trina has good news. The rapper has announced that she’s signed with Penalty Entertainment to release a new album under her own imprint.
“This is the beginning of a new direction and stage within my career, and now my own imprint — Rockstarr Music Group,” said Trina in a statement. “I have collaborated with so many different talents during my career thus far, and I am beyond excited to share this phase with the world as I continue to evolve.”
Trina has tapped Rico Love as the executive producer for her sixth album, her first in five years. The pair have collaborated on the untitled set’s lead single, “Real One,” which was posted on her official SoundCloud page.
