Views did another 135,000 in sales and streams during the past week. According Billboard, Drake’s run marks the most consecutive weeks on top for a male artist in more than 10 years. The last album to accomplish such a feat was 50 Cent’s The Massacre in 2005.
The last man to hold on to the top spot for more weeks is Eminem, whose Recovery held the top slot for seven weeks in all, but not consecutive weeks.
