The Game Announces New Release Date for Documentary 2

by

Blood Money/Fifth Amendment/Entertainment One MusicThe Game is making his fans wait just a little longer for his upcoming album, The Documentary 2.

The rapper announced that his long-awaited set will no longer arrive September 25. Instead the project will hit stores on October 9 via Blood Money/Fifth Amendment/Entertainment One Music. The upside of the unexpected delay means that fans will have more chances to participate in his “Robin Hood” project, where he’s donating $1,000 a day up until the release of his album.

“To my true fans: it’s been really dope to have you ridin’ with me the last 10 years from the 1st Documentary till now,” says Game in a statement. “I appreciate your loyalty & the patience you have displayed while waiting for me to finish #TheDocumentary2. This album is better than my 1st for more than a few reasons…. but you don’t have to take my word for it because you will see for yourself when it drops October 9th!”

Fans who pre-order the 19-track album now also will receive an instant free download for “Dedicated” featuring Future and Sonyae.
