Heavy rain and lightning led to the folks in charge temporarily suspending the performance at Carter-Finley Stadium as fans took cover, ABC affiliate WTVD-TV reports. The show resumed around 11:30 p.m. local time.
The weather caused problems before the concert, too. The gates were scheduled to open at 5:30, but that was pushed back due to lightning.
