ABC/Fred LeeBreakout television hit series Power has been renewed for two more seasons following its July 17 season three premiere. Executive produced by rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, the show has emerged as one of Starz network’s best. It’s season three debut has set viewership records, with 2.26 million live and same-day viewers tuning in the night of the premiere, the most ever, according to the network, for a Starz Original series.
Power highlights the New York City’s elite nightlife and drug cartel worlds, filled with violence and seduction. The show’s third season is ten episodes long and airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.
