Too Short Reportedly Pleads No Contest to DUI

by Short has reached a plea deal stemming from a DUI arrest in Los Angeles last March.

The rapper had been facing several charges, including DUI, resisting arrest, and possession of the drug Ecstasy. However, TMZ reports, Too Short has pleaded no contest to driving with a blood-alcohol content over the state’s legal limit, and the other charges were dropped.

Short was sentenced to three years’ probation and was fined. He must also attend alcohol education classes.

Short reportedly fled the police during his arrest. Cops had also said they found Ecstasy in the police car that transported Short to jail.
