The singer posted an Instagram photo of herself in the studio to reveal that she’s “almost done with this album journey.”
“Poured blood, sweat & a lot of tears into it! At the end of the day knowing you honestly & wholeheartedly devoted yourself to something so special makes the process more than worth it!” Sevyn writes in a lengthy caption.
The singer continues, “So many stories I can’t wait for yall to hear, share, cry to, heal from, dance to, LIVE to! Can’t express how appreciative I am for you! Thank you for lending me your ears but most importantly your hearts! I think of you with every melody I sing, every note I hit and every lyric I write! This album is not mine alone…..its OURS!”
Sevyn also posted an image of songwriters Verse Simmonds and Micah P, who co-penned her hit single, “It Won’t Stop” from last year’s Call Me Crazy But… EP. Her first full-length studio effort will arrive later this year.
