It should come as no real surprise that Robin Thicke’s record-breaking summer anthem, “Blurred Lines,” has become the U.K.’s biggest selling single of 2013 so far.

According to the Official Charts Company, the blue-eyed crooner’s party record tops the chart and replaces Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky,” which sits at #2, by selling more than 1.36 million copies to date.

Pharrell Williams, who appears on both of the aforementioned songs, is beside himself. “I’m humbled by all of the love the U.K. fans have shown,”  Pharrell told OfficialCharts.com earlier this year after learning of his first two U.K. million-selling singles. “But, when you are working with incredible talent like The Robots and Robin, great things are bound to happen!”

Elsewhere on the list, Justin Timberlake‘s “Mirrors” sits at #8 while Macklemore & Ryan Lewis score the #11 position with “Thrift Shop.”
