She may have left “FourFiveSeconds” off the track list, but that’s how long it seemingly took Rihanna‘s latest album, ANTI, to reach an impressive milestone.
The Recording Industry Association of America announced that the singer’s project has reached certified platinum status, meaning the album has already sold one million copies.
Rihanna took to Twitter to express her gratitude. “THANK U NAVY!!! #ANTI IS PLATINUM!!” Rihanna tweeted Friday.
ANTI was released through Jay Z‘s Tidal streaming service Wednesday evening and downloaded 1.4 million times.
Standard and deluxe versions of Rihanna’s eighth studio album are now available on iTunes.
