The singer announced the news via Facebook in a post that reads: “Rihanna is coming to Brazil! Navy, get ready for Rock in Rio on September 26!!”
Rihanna is expected to headline of the annual music extravaganza in Rio de Janeiro. Organizers have announced that she will be joined by rockers Motley Crue, OneRepublic and Royal Blood.
The singer has played the multi-day festival in the past; she most recently took stage back in 2011.
