Rihanna has decided to sell her Los Angeles home.
Trulia reports the singer has placed her Pacific Palisades mansion on the market for $14.9995 million. The 11,000-square foot home boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms as well as a 6,000-square foot garden, sun deck, jacuzzi and outdoor pool.
After purchasing the home in December 2012, Ri Ri was only in the pad for a few months before she had to deal with trespassers, stalkers and attempted burglars, who were arrested at or near the property. She began renting out the home for $65,000 a month in November 2013.
Meanwhile, Rihanna is reportedly renting a plush New York City penthouse on the edge of the city’s Soho and Chinatown neighborhoods for $39,000 a month.
