Wiz Khalifa has revealed the unlikely muse that inspired his new 28 Grams mixtape: Rihanna.
The rapper shared studio footage of himself recording the project, in which he’s smoking and playing songs from the tape. At the end of the clip he says, “I can’t do no album like this but everybody from my n***as to Rihanna are like, ‘This is what we want to hear.'”
After tweeting that Rih “inspired” the mixtape, she wrote back, “HE GETS IT!!! Too real, 1 love broski!!”
The rapper’s project, which arrived over the Memorial Day weekend, is available for download now via DatPiff.com.
