Rick Ross has been arrested in Fayette County, Georgia on a misdemeanor marijuana charge.
WSB-TV reports that the police allegedly found marijuana in his car when they stopped him for a window tint violation on his Bentley. WSB reported that the rapper was being processed into the Fayette County Jail Wednesday afternoon.
Ross was previously arrested last June in North Carolina after failing to appear at a hearing related to a previous misdemeanor marijuana charge.
