DMX Returns to the Studio, Records New Music With Rakim

Ruff Ryders

DMX is getting back to what he does best, and that’s making music. The rapper’s publicist has already told ABC News Radio that X is focusing on recording his eighth studio effort.  You can check out new footage now of the rapper recording in the studio with Rakim.

The two legendary MCs joined together to create a new track  called “Don’t Call Me,” which features guest vocals from Young Money singer Shontelle and guitar riffs from Aleks D. The cut marks the first time the artists have collaborated together.

DMX’s rock-inspired song will appear on the follow-up to last year’s Undisputed. You can purchase “Don’t Call Me” on iTunes now.
