Report: will.i.am Responding to Gun Violence with Where Is the Love? Remix Involving Snoop, Others

The Black Eyed Peas hitmaker is collaborating with other artists, including Snoop Dogg, on a remix of the 2003 BEP hit “Where Is the Love?” according to TMZ, which compares the project to “We Are the World.”

The website’s sources say will.i.am felt it was the perfect time for the project in light of the gun violence in the U.S. over the past several weeks.

TMZ says a music video is currently in production, but it’s unclear when the song will be released.
