Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan was hospitalized Tuesday night after reportedly suffering two seizures and a head injury.
TMZ, citing Quan’s rep, reports Quan was shooting a video with Problem in Atlanta’s Piedmont Park when he suffered the seizures. His head struck the ground during the seizures.
The 23-year-old rapper’s current condition has not been disclosed.
Quan, whose birth name is DeQuantes Lamar, is featured on YG‘s album, My Krazy Life.
