R. Kelly is being sued by his former manager, TMZ reports.
According to the suit, Derrel McDavid claims he managed the R&B star for decades and helped him achieve mega-success. The two parted ways last year and McDavid says Kelly promised him $1.3 million. He further claims says Kelly made the initial $300,000 payment, but failed to pay him an additional $40,000 a month for 18 months, as per their deal. McDavid’s suing for the rest of the money.
