Kanye West managed to avoid the paparazzi while checking himself into a Los Angeles police station on Thursday afternoon.
According to TMZ, the rapper was in custody at the Hollywood LAPD station for less than an hour. He had turned himself in for booking, which included getting fingerprinted and having a mug shot taken, as part of his plea deal reached earlier this month stemming from his alleged attack on photographer Daniel Ramos at Los Angeles International Airport in July.
West pleaded no contest earlier this month in a plea that can’t be used against him in a civil suit. As part of the deal, West also was sentenced to two years of probation, 24 anger management therapy sessions and 250 hours of community service.
