ABC/Randy HolmesKanye West may be planning his own 2020 presidential bid, but he won’t have the chance to give out any political advice when he performs at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in San Francisco next month.
According to the New York Post‘s Page Six, the rapper will be restricted to just performing during the event on October 10, which will be attended by President Obama.
“There will be restrictions . . . Kanye won’t be able to lecture the president about how to run the country,” a source said.
West is expected to debut new songs from his upcoming album, Swish, but you will need to pay a premium to experience it — tickets for the event cost up to $10,000.
