Kevork Djansezian/Getty Images for MTVEminem has been sued by a rapper who claims Em sampled his song without permission.
TMZ reports Raymond Jones, a member of the group Hotstylz, claims Eminem’s song “Rap God,” off The Marshall Mathers LP 2, contains a 25-second sample of his own work.
Jones seeks eight million dollars from Eminem and his record label.
