Organizers have announced that the mogul will be joined by Empire‘s Timbaland, Yazz and Jussie Smollett when the show airs live on Fox from Miami’s Bayfront Park on Thursday, December 31 at 8 p.m. ET, with tape delayed airings across the country. In addition, the telecast will include a performance from the legendary Earth, Wind & Fire.
The event will be co-hosted by Terry Crews and Wendy Williams.
