The Globe and Mail reports the the local government in North York gave the go ahead to plans for a 21,000-square-foot estate on a two-acre lot Drake purchased for $6.7 million last year.
Although local authorities required some minor revisions, the plan for the estate still calls for a full-length basketball court, gym, champagne room, pool, hot tub, music and screening room, jersey museum, awards room and a spa with a massage room.
