While Nicki Minaj continues to record her next album, The Pink Print, the fem-cee has released a new song called “Chi-Raq” featuring Chicago rapper Lil Herb.
The rapper serves up raw verses over the bass-heavy track, which was produced by Boi-1da, Vinylz and Allen Ritter. “Ain’t yelling cut when it’s shooting time/Sign up, it’s recruiting time,” she spits. “Big wigs with a suit and tie/And them big things got two inside.”
In a spoken-word part at the end of the song, Nicki reveals that her Barbz can expect new material leading up to her album’s release later this year. “I always got a trick up my sleeve,” she says. “I might give you a new trick every week until this album drop.”
