K. Michelle has a gift for her fans in the form of a new song called “Christmas Night,” which will appear on the re-release of her latest album, Rebellious Soul.
The singer told ABC News Radio about her upcoming revamped project late last month. “I’m doing the repackaging of my album, and I’m adding Christmas songs and you know just a couple of other songs to it. So I’m working on that actually this week in the studio,” she says.
She adds, “I never stop working, you know, I’m just like that. I feel like you always have to stay in the studio.”
“Hey Rebels! As promised I wanted y’all to have new music for the holidays. ‘Christmas Night’ is from me to you,” she tweeted before adding the song link.
The re-release, tentatively due later this month, will include two original songs and three Christmas covers including her soulful remake of “O Come, All Ye Faithful.” Meanwhile, fans can download “Christmas Night” on iTunes now.
