ABC/Lou RoccoNicki Minaj and Meek Mill are not engaged. Although observers have assumed as much from postings to their social media pages, the rapper says that while the romance is real, there are no wedding plans.
“It’s definitely real,” Meek tells The FADER, referring to the seriousness of their relationship. “But it ain’t really time to get married yet. We’re still learning each other, feeling each other out.”
He adds that their rumored marriage proposal even fooled his grandmother. “Whatever she sees on TV, she believes,” he says.
Back in April, Nicki prompted the engagement speculation by sharing an Instagram photo of a massive heart-shaped ring on her left hand.
