Organizers have announced that the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul will take the stage when the traveling festival takes place at the Mines International Exhibition and Convention Centre on October 17. She will be joined by Mos Def, Talib Kweli, De La Soul and Jhene Aiko. Additional performers will be announced at a later time.
Tickets for the event, which is scheduled to run from 3pm to midnight, are available now.
