The rapper, whose legal name is Niatia Jessica Kirkland, was pulled over by a police officer in Harlem Thursday at around 4 a.m. for speeding at Fifth Avenue and West 135 Street. Officials said her license had been suspended for failing to pay a February 2013 speeding ticket.
As a result, Kirkland was taken to the 32nd Precinct stationhouse and charged with aggravated unlicensed driving and driving without a license.
