Kendrick Lamar, Fabolous, Wale and French Montana will serve as celebrity coaches during the EBC America Celebrity Basketball Challenge, which is considered the most recognizable streetball tournament in the world.
Organizers have announced the event will be held inside Brooklyn’s own Barclays Center on Sunday, July 27. There will also be performances from the coaches, as well as a showcase from Big Sean.
“The Entertainers Basketball Classic at Rucker Park has been a breeding ground for some of the best and authentic streetball players in the world,” says EBC Founder Greg Marius. “This Barclays Center event will take what we do everyday in the summer for 2,000 people at Rucker Park to an unimaginable level at an NBA arena.”
