According to Complex, the rapper was in Compton, California at one of his favorite shopping areas, the Compton Swap Meet, starring in the clip for his next single, “King Kunta.” As a crowd gathered in the parking lot. Lamar rapped on top of a building with Director X behind the lens.
To Pimp a Butterfly was released March 16, 2015 and sold 363,000 in sales and streams in its first week.
