Health food company Sweetgreen has come up with a unique way of promoting Kendrick Lamar‘s upcoming performance at its Sweetlife Festival. The company is offering a new salad called Beets Don’t Kale My Vibe.
The name of the dish is inspired by his lyrics from Lamar’s good kid, m.A.A.d city single “B***h, Don’t Kill My Vibe.” The salad contains contains “shredded local kale, roasted chicken, goat cheese, organic wild rice, and flash roasted beets, which are marinated in balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and a hint of honey.”
The salad will be sold at the U.S. salad chain’s stores next month, ahead of the rapper’s performance at the Sweetlife Festival, which takes place at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland from May 30-31.
