Kendrick Lamar has been announced as one of the performers for the 2013 American Music Awards.
The Compton rapper, who was nominated for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album for his debut good kid, m.A.A.d city, joins Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, who lead all nominees this year with six nods, and Lady Gaga as performers at the upcoming event.
Viewers will also see previously confirmed performers Miley Cyrus, Florida Georgia Line, Imagine Dragons, and One Direction. More performers and presenters will be announced at a later time.
The show will broadcast live from the NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE on Sunday, November 24, at 8 p.m. on ABC.
